HOW TO ORDER

Buying either originals or prints from us could not be easier. You can either place your order via the telephone using your credit card , or by sending your order and cheque to us in the post.

DELIVERY(UK only)

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days, and delivered within 14 days of date of order. All our deliveries are  securely packaged and are sent by either Royal Mail or our approved carrier.

DELIVERY OVERSEAS

Our overseas orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Air Mail service or, D.H.L.. We charge an extra £10.00 sterling on prints no matter where in the world we are delivering. Cost of transporting originals will be discussed at the time of placing the order.

ORDERING ON LINE

If you wish to place an order on-line, just click on the On-Line order button and follow the instructions. All on-line transactions are via PayPal the most secure Internet shopping provider to date.

ORDERING BY PHONE OR POST

To place your order by phone just telephone (+44) 07931625237, between the hours of 9am and 5pm any day of the week and some one will be there to discuss your order. If for any reason we are unable to answer your call immediately then please leave your name and number and some one will call you back within a few minutes.

To order by post simply send your order to The Studio, Station Road, Surfleet, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 4DA, including your cheque and full delivery details.

WE GUARANTEE

All our paintings and prints are securely packaged and we are confident our packages will arrive safely. In the unlikely event of goods being delivered damaged please let us know immediately. In the unlikely situation that you are not satisfied with our work then you can return the items to us within 14 days and receive a full refund less the cost of shipping.

Should you for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Customers can be assured that  all  Credit  Card details will be deleted from our records once payment  has been verified and all customers personal details are deleted once the order has been completed, and delivered
